'Parsec mutation' takeshold on the invading species, and man falls under a variety of changes. 'QEMmigration' is suddenly forbidden and the worlds already colonised come underchange; each world gives freely to the meaning of evolution.Hundreds of years later 'parsec mutation' is finally controlled and the worldshidden behind several hundred years of banned QEM-gate travel are brought intoview.This is the story of the unstable peace that exists within these New Worlds. Manyhostilities are met with as the galaxy casts its net against war-provoking actions, bygaming war itself and battling with the very existence of all threatening foe.The Scrolls of Pre-history on Earth are what binds peace. The monks however donot understand these texts as they exist, but set themselves on the road ofcommitment, for the completion of their deciphering.In Quadrant Three is the Mildratawa, a peace loving council that confides all mattersto the representatives of other worlds and Quadrants.
