Beschreibung
At one family’s house, breakfast is always an adventure! Every morning Nonna makes a frittata, and each frittata is a little bit different. With her help, everyone is ready to face the day’s adventures.
Nonna’s frittata starts with eggs, milk, cheese, and even more. She uses leftover food from other meals to make delicious creations every day; nothing is wasted, and there’s something new to taste with each yummy frittata. On Monday, there are Poppa’s meatballs, zucchini, and rigatoni. On Tuesday, there are peas, prosciutto, and mozzarella cheese. Asparagus, tomatoes, peppers, corn, buttery beans, sausage, and carrots—there’s no limit to what might be in Nonna’s frittatas. With leftovers and a little imagination, breakfast can be exciting!
Using rhythm and rhyme, this children’s story inspires children to eat a good breakfast and have fun with family and food.
