Intune consists of four training parts. Each part represents a different training principle. This concept is based on the energy of the four elements. The four training parts
The first part is a cardio session related to the element of fire. This session boosts your vitality and confidence.
The second part is resistance training related to the element of earth. This part strengthens every muscle in the body and promotes the feeling of security within.
The third part is a flexibility session related to the element air. This training improves the communication of the nerves and the mobility of the body.
The fourth and last part is related to the element of water and nurtures the soul. Through soft Qui Gong movements and meditation exercises, the whole body relaxes and calms down.
