This book talks about the struggles and the choices that I had to make throughout my life. The death of my mother, my attempted suicide, my teenage pregnancy, my sister losing her battle to AIDS and the many other heartaches that have come along the way. There are things in this book that I have never even told my family and closest friends. I was always afraid to tell people too much for the fear of being judged. I am now no longer afraid. In my belief there is only one person who can judge me and that is God. Of course we all have our own stories and problems. My goal is to reach out and help other people that have gone through similar situations that I have gone through. Hopefully I can help the ones that may be afraid to talk about their own lives. When you truly believe in yourself you can accomplish anything you want in life. It is the most amazing feeling to be able to help people in this world.
