Team building is more than a nice phrase; it is essential to make the staff more efficient. It encourages everyone to put aside personal interest for the good of the team. It gives priority to values, integrity, and honesty as a way of life in the work environment. It recognizes the importance of making a life to effectively make a living. Remember, were not what we think we are, but what we think, we are. Horizontal leadership is a win-win for both sides.
