John Jay, the first chief justice of the United States of America, was the first American patriot to suggest that our president be a “natural born citizen”—and other founding fathers were quick to agree. Despite their best intentions, two men—Barack Hussein Obama and Chester Arthur—fraudulently attained the office of the presidency and usurped the office. As a result, they were not bona-fide presidents. Robert C. Laity, who has researched their sinister acts for more than ten years, examines why these two men did not meet the constitutionally-mandated criteria that a president must be a natural-born citizen. He does so by examining what the U.S. Supreme Court had to say on the topic in Minor v. Happersett and how courts have defined, affirmed, and reaffirmed what it means to be a “natural born citizen.” As a result, politicians such as John McCain, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Piyush Jindal, and Arnold Schwarzenegger are all disqualified to be president under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.
