In the early decades after the second world war, labour posed a serious challenge to rulers of their countries, but could succeed in a few in attaining power. Capital asserted its power in most of the countries. It brought in globalization and personal computers, internet and artificial intelligence etc. It could greatly enhance its share in the surplus of their National Product at the loss to the rest. The acute problems arising out of this, crave for solution. Naturally Capitals tries to patch up and sweep them under the carpet. Permanent solution however lies in breaking the near monopoly of capital's power over production and distribution in their economies. The System has to be modified or replaced by a better system controlled by populous productive labour - both physical and mental. This involves arduous and persistent struggle in which it has to temper itself and throw up leadership capable of leading their nation as a whole . The book aims to provide the broad contours of such a struggle. A Revolutionary situation may not be far off and who wins confidence of vast majority of people in ushering a better system, will enjoy the fruits of such a situation.
