The answers to overcoming our hurts are not always within our own
selves. Recovering from hurts and offenses is no secret. It is a system.
It is an intentional journey. We’ve all been hurt, some of us have been hurt
very deeply. The journey of healing is a step by step process; one step at a
time and one day at a time.
Within the pages of this book, I will dispel myths that have kept us from
healing. It will be difficult to unlearn some things, but I challenge you to
keep an open mind.
Invite your friends to commit to travel this journey with you; we travel
better in groups. We are “better together”!
The last chapters are built on the foundation of the beginning chapters.
Don’t take shortcuts on your journey of healing and forgiving others.
