Happy the sailboat sings happily about the upcoming boat parade at the Seashell Safe Harbor. Starfish Sue shares the good news with Pelican Hugh, Joy the catamaran, Mighty the shrimp boat, Sassy the speedboat, and the rest of the harbor boats. With concern for their boat friends feeling pressured to join in the parade, Starfish Sue, Pelican Hugh, and Dolphin Rue find Happy—and before you know it, Happy’s Captain Drew and the sailors had a plan.
