The fact that you picked up this book is not coincidental or accidental. This very moment was ordained and orchestrated by the Lord. Shaped for Greater Works, is a testament of how God has to first shape us so that we can do the greater works that He calls us to. Being shaped by the Lord can be challenging, uncomfortable and humiliating. However, this story can help you understand that being Shaped by God can be a rewarding privilege.
In everything we do and every experience we have, we are being shaped by the hand of God. Isaiah 64:8 (NLT) “Yet you, LORD, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.” Regardless of who you are or what you have experienced in life, this journey can be for you. Even if you do not know God, you can know Him at least a little bit more. If you are frustrated with God, you can learn to understand His ways. If you gave up on God at some point in your life, somewhere on this journey you can come to understand that He did not give up on you.
This is much more than a book, this is a journey. I am inviting you to walk with me as I follow God. As God shapes me in this journey, you will also learn how he is shaping you for your greater works. Before you open this book, I ask that you take my hand on this journey because I will be with you every step of the way. Together we will grow, learn, and understand what it means to be shaped for greater works in the hands of God. Will you come on this journey with me?
