The new millennium brought changes to our society that presented significant challenges for the Church. As American culture changed radically, the Church found its methods for reaching the lost in question, which extended to cultural doubt in the necessity of the Church's very existence. These questions resulted in rapid generational gaps within the Church. Leadership decisions to bridge these gaps became crucial to facilitate the change needed to reach all generations.
Facilitating Change to Reach All Generations describes the fascinating journey that Living Word Community Church undertook to bridge those gaps and reach all generations. The journey, described in detail within the pages of this work, can serve as a model for your church or organization as it addresses important issues to discuss, and possible shifts to make if you are going to successfully reach all generations.
