Dualities offers a deeply personal look at building an intentional meaningful life. Most self-help books offer generic advice that promises riches without any effort on the part of the reader.
Rather than offer feel good advice, what I present to you here are tangible meaningful ways to make lasting improvements in your life. I know these steps work because I have personally spent years honing each of them.
From battling depression, removing limiting beliefs, setting-goals and overcoming addiction, Dualities illustrates my own journey from a life stumbling blindly to one on a mission with clear purpose.
I wrote this novel as means for those who need guidance at the onset of their journey, to find clarity, have actionable steps and build a life worth living.
