This handbook is a compilation of workand lessons gathered during my time as awater polo player and as a coach. My waterpolo experience is heavily influenced by thecoaches and players from the Croatian, coastal region of Dalmatia. Because of theproximity and the location we have toinclude an area of the Adriatic coast justsouth from the Dalmatian region whichincludes Dubrovnik and Kotor. Dalmatianwater polo is one of the most importantsegments of not only European water polobut also the World's water polo.
