Leaving Home gives an example of how to succeed in life when getting started can be difficult without a support system. Once established as a motivated individual, anyone can pursue a career of their choice, travel the world, and enjoy life in general. Bud’s travels took him to a dozen different countries where he experienced various cultural differences and similarities. As an educator, there were ample opportunities to share his experience and knowledge with students and other educators. Starting your life without the benefit of at least a high school education can present a challenge to young folks; however, perseverance in making personal improvements can make a major difference in how we spend our later years. “Life is not about finding yourself.
