Their faith and courage held strong during uncertain times of ethnic unrest, discrimination and civil war. Their dreams, tenacity and hard work has allowed me to progress further. This book was written so that my children and grand children born into modern Britain will be aware of their Asian ancestry. Each of us have a story to tell even if the only person who needs to hear it again is yourself. None of us are spared from pain pleasure, happiness or sadness but they all contribute to the moments of our lives that shape us. This book is a personal story about the many moments that impacted my life.
