In today’s frenetic world, there is a tremendous focus on busyness and taking action. The consequence is poor quality relationships, impacting employee engagement and wellbeing. Work-related stress is reportedly reaching epidemic proportions, and something needs to change.

It doesn’t have to be this way. It’s time for radical change within organisations. It’s time to make new choices. Choices that will have a positive, sustainable impact on the health of your organisation and that positively serve the people you employ.

Pause is for you if you recognise the critical need for change but are unsure how you can make a difference. When you make it your daily practice to pause, listen more, advise less and hold the unshakeable belief that the people around you have answers, transformation occurs.
