It all led to you falling, ah, pretty low in your own harem's pecking order.
But your recent escape into the real world paid off: as well as putting your mind at ease about someone tampering with your life support VR pod in real life, refreshing yourself, and undoing some mental conditioning, you forced an admission from your gaming nemesis, Garton, that he's been actively plotting against you. You even goaded him into a bet that will ruin him and set you up for life, if you can just complete the game.
So you've re-entered the game. One new drawback though is that the hacker who helped you escape has double-crossed you: he hasn't reversed the identity hack you used, leaving your default 'avatar' a ponygirl.
Even so, you have a plan to win, and quickly. You just need a tiny break need to pull it off!
