Ready for a GAMES changer? I was. I'm Eric Tolman. In my past, I passionately pursued my goals, but was so focused on those goals that I lost sight of what they meant to my greater purpose. I arrived at the finish line only to realize I had veered off course. I had achieved the goal all right, but I had lost valuable relationships, including a relationship with my authentic self, which left my achievement feeling hollow. All that was about to change. I developed a simple technique that helped me anchor my goals to my greater purpose. I used video. This multi-sensory approach helped me align words, music and images into a powerful reminder of who I was and what was most important to me. I'm still a gung-ho goal achiever. The difference now is that I have a simple way to make sure those goals are grounded in my authentic expression of self. I'm excited to share this simple tool for creating a daily anchor that will keep you headed in the direction of your authentic self.
