Timmond leaves the only home he has ever known in the middle of the night. He needs to get away from the pain, from the horrible memories. Now, fifteen years later, the King has been murdered and the assassin flees across the sea to find safety with an evil monarch. he widowed queen hires the well-known mercenary named Tim and his small band to track down the murderer and bring them to justice. The journey takes the mercenaries to a land of magic and strange creatures that people have only heard about in legends and ghost stories. t also brings Tim home. Now, Tim must track down the killer, but he is also forced to face the past he was trying desperately to forget. Can Tim and his group catch the assassin in time, and in the process save the land he now calls home?
