This book will humanly explain the Two Universes of Self for the readers to understand that our actions, decisions, bad and good choices, healthy choices, and perception here on earth and the environment affects the Two Universes of Self. However, to be able to distinguish the two Universes of the Self a person is for a moment must intently isolate the Physic and the Thought to understand individually.
Then, you will be able to analyze on why and how we as humans would put them together and try to balance due to the need of each universes of the Self. Our actions and choices in life from each Universe, the Physic, and Thought affect the Self (you).
