Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Arbeit, Ausbildung, Organisation, Note: 1,3, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In order to remain present at the market mobile work and especially traveling on company business gets more and more important for business companies. The intention of this paper shall be to define and explain the phenomena of ‘Subjek-tivierung’ and ‘Entgrenzung’ and to highlight them in the context of official journeys. First of all it is necessary to define what is mobile work and what is meant by a business trip. Afterwards the concept of ‘Subjektivierung’ and ‘Ent-grenzung’ is explained and a relationship to official journeys is established. Thereupon the phenomena of ‘normalization’, ‘economization’ and ‘agglomera-tion’ is illustrated and highlighted as well in the context of business trips. Meanwhile the conception of the ‘Mobilitätsregime’ is introduced. Afterall the trend of mobility is examined in a critical way and a forecast of the development is generated.
