Beschreibung

Inspired by Srila Prabhupada who preached this process of hearing and chanting: "Those who grant the enjoyment of the senses and those who do material, physical welfare work are called karmis. Of thousands, millions of such karmis, one may become an atmarāma through self-knowledge. Atmā means "self", and arāma means "finding joy". Everyone is looking for the highest joy, but the measure of the joy of one may be different from that of the other. The atmaramas are completely indifferent to material enjoyment in every respect. (Srimad-Bhagavatam, 1.7.9) Certainly, I have to mention the intention of the book, because it was supposed to be a psychological counsellor for my clients, but apparently this book preferred to be independent and self-sufficient, free of any third party, except our first party - God. So this book prevailed thanks to our cooperation, and flourished from that time with more nectar for knowledge. Hopefully, this book will help you find and activate the true self, which is eternal and happy in itself. Here lies the true nature of the psyche, the soul, which is in constant connection with the omnipotence of the Absolute Truth. The nature of the psyche is sac-chit-ananda, full of eternity, knowledge and happiness. This self is full of joy and from this the individual draws life force, hope, serenity and so on. Everyone can do it and we have practical experience that the above mentioned methods, namely the Mahamantra: Hare Kṛṣṇa Hare Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Hare Hare Hare Rāma Hare Rāma Rāma Rāma Hare Hare and conscious sitting, breathing and hearing, help to awaken one's own vital and spiritual life force and revitalize the original consciousness, which ensures eternal happiness.
