Oral hygiene is something that has to be taught from an early age, but it is not always easy. Trino Rojo watches her human friend brush her teeth every day and he wants to do it too, but he has a problem: he is a bird!
Every morning mom yells at Julie: "Julie, brush your teeth, or you’ll need a filling!" Well, I’m a little bird who looks after his health, and all this business about getting a filling must be horrible, because she talks about it every day. There’s no way I’m going to have one of those things in my teeth. Trino Rojo can be many things, but irresponsible is not one of them! But how do birds brush their teeth? Excited, he searches for information on the Internet and consults all the encyclopedias at home, but he does not find any answer. He discovers that other animals brush their teeth gnawing on wood or chewing on some seaweed, so he decides to give it a try. Result: a failure. Will Trino Rojo find a solution for him?
La higiene bucal debe enseñarse desde una edad temprana, pero no siempre es fácil. Trino Rojo observa a su dueña lavarse los dientes todos los días y él también quiere hacerlo, pero tiene un gran problema: ¡es un pájaro!
Cada mañana mamá le grita a Julia: «¡Julia, lávate los dientes, que si no te van a salir caries!». Yo, que soy un pájaro que cuida de su salud, me digo que esas caries deben de ser horribles, pues todos los días insiste mucho en el tema. Lo tengo claro: yo no quiero tener una de esas caries en mis dientes. ¡Trino Rojo será muchas cosas, pero irresponsable no es una de ellas! ¿Pero cómo se lavan los dientes los pájaros? Entusiasmado, busca información por Internet y consulta todas las enciclopedias que hay en casa, pero no encuentra ninguna respuesta. Descubre que otros animales se lavan los dientes royendo madera o masticando algunas algas así que decide intentarlo. Resultado: un fracaso. ¿Encontrará Trino Rojo una solución para él?
