Mi vecina Carmen trabaja en la fábrica de cigarros de mi ciudad. Es una mujer tan deslumbrante que, cuando suena la sirena indicando el fin de la jornada, la plaza se llena de admiradores. Sin embargo, Carmen es un espíritu libre, y siempre repite: “El amor es un pájaro rebelde. No se lo puede domar fácilmente ni someter a ninguna ley. Por mucho que lo llames, no irá a ningún sitio al que no quiera ir”.
