This poetry chap book is a collection of poems with annotations in the form of a memoir describing the gender transition experience of the author through his teenage to adult years. The chap book is divided into four parts, described by the author as relating to the different phases of his experience in discovering his gender dysphoria, attempting to hide and forget his desire to transition genders, his rediscovery of his need to live as a transgender man, and the emotional impact of sharing his decision to transition with his family. If you or someone you care about is transgender or may be experiencing gender dysphoria, this collection of poems may have an emotional impact on your/their experience. The author is honest and introspective in his notes for each poem discussing how he was feeling during his FTM (female to male) journey.
