KNOWING ONESELF is the psychic pathway to learn how to travel in your own Mental Universe and to understand the experiences of others, structured around the following four psychological itineraries:

Structure of Personality. A psychological itinerary to “Knowing Oneself” (ISBN 978-88-6624-319-9);

PsychoSocial Attitudes. A psychological itinerary to “Knowing Oneself” (ISBN 978-88-6624-320-5).
The psychological itinerary of the PSYCHIC UNIVERSE is structured in four parts:
* Part 1:
THE MAP OF EMOTIONS OF THE REPRESENTATIVE PERSONALITY, obtained by:
- carrying out the Tests “3 Colors”, “Sea”, “Sun in the Sky”, “Door”, “Family”, “Human Figure” with Representative Emotions,
- the description of the meaning and identification of the Emotions, the Representatives Emotions, the Chains of Emotions, the Representative Personality, the “Map of Representatives Emotions”,
* Part 2:
THE MAP OF EMOTIONS OF THE HIDDEN PERSONALITY, obtained by:
- carrying out the Tests “Shadow” and „Dark”,
- the description of the meaning and identification of the Opposite Emotions, the Chains of Opposite Emotions, the Hidden Personality, the “Map of Opposite Emotions”.
* Part 3:
THE EMOTIONAL MAP OF THE PSYCHIC UNIVERSE, obtained by combining the map of Representative Emotions with the Map of Opposite Emotions;
* Part 4:
The ID OF THE PSYCHIC UNIVERSE, obtained by:
- carrying out the Test “Describe your personality” and the description of the Important Emotions,
- the representation of the Chains of Important Emotions, the “Map of Important Emotions”, the ID.
The formative / cognitive incentives offered in the PSYCHIC UNIVERSE, permit the development of personality, the construction of the Psychic Universe and the expression of the World of Emotions in which the subject lives.
Understanding one's own emotions and values; educates one to live them intensely and deeply, to customize the reality with one's own way of being. It is essential to promote a full and satisfying life, to grasp the meaning of life, to perform the daily activities with a strong motivation.
The psychological itinerary PSYCHIC UNIVERSE, therefore, allows a progressive discovery and understanding of the forms, size and forces that characterize the Psychic Universe, the World of Emotions, the Structure of Personality and Psycho-Social Attitudes of each person, through:
- A self-psychological (if done individually),
- A therapeutic relationship (if the experience is assisted by expert),
- An educational relationship socializing (if made with a group of people who share the same route).
The complete realization of the four routes of the psychological path KNOWING ONESELF, with people from their social context, allows the construction of an effective and lasting well-being in the community in a constructive and meaningful way, promoting acceptance for empathy between people and a dynamic situation of availability and psycho-affective harmony, that encourages the formation of involving and satisfying social relations.
The realization of the psychic path Knowing Oneself allows each individual to express his own World of Emotions and to reflect on itself; at the same time enable him to understand others and to evolve his personality characteristics within a comfortable and stimulating social context.
