I'm going to be sharing with you guys a very personal thing yes um. when I was younger I suffered from chronic acne and my teenage years I had really chronic acne I got help but now I suffer from a lot of hyperpigmentation I still get pimples here and say it I get mild acne it's not as chronic as it was back in the day but I still get it and it's something that I'm still dealing with yes obviously right now I'm wearing makeup so you can't see it but this is what my skin looks like you guys. This is what I deal with sometimes and yes this is what I've been dealing with in the past few months yes so in this bookI am going to share with you guys a journey that I took I took the turmeric challenge for seven days yes and I was documenting each and every day I did it. people who have the same problem as I do and they use this mask and has done wonders to their skin so I tried this challenge to see if it worked for me. so if you guys want to find out if it worked or it didn't then keep watching but before we get into that you guys know the drill . we're going to need some organic term we have some plain yogurt right here and we're going to squeeze some lemon juice out of this lemon some honey we're going to need a clean makeup brush this one's new and I have this little tin right here it had some dental floss and it's empty now so I'm going to be mixing all the ingredients for my mask in here so we're going to go right ahead and make masks. so I would always begin by washing my hands and then washing my face this is what my skin look like on day one you guys you can see all these pimples yes this is what my skin looked like on day one and then I began with the turmeric mask just use the brush to spread the whole mask onto your face spread it evenly so that all parts of your face are covered by the turmeric honey yogurt and lemon mixture I would wait until the mask is dry this would normally take about 30 to 40 minutes just depends but after I dried out I would go ahead and wash it off my face I repeated the same steps on day tw this is what my skin looked like on day two you guys and I was pretty happy that the pimples have dried out that was a quick change that I was happy about and this is how my skin was looking on day four I'm sure you guys can really see the difference.
