Beschreibung
THUMBNAIL: A wise man known as the Ancient One carries the weight of Planet Earth on his shoulders, imagining what he would do (if he were in charge) to save the world from one particular species that is hell bent on self-destruction, dragging everyone else down with them, by weaning humans off their propensity to engorge themselves in an orgy of greed and environmental degradation all for the sake of mass extinction.
SYNOPSIS: Based on a thesis paper he authored during a law school Human Rights seminar on the topic of humanitarian intervention and events transpiring in the West Asia/North Africa (WANA) region of the world (sometimes referred to as the "Middle East"), How to Save the World (in 12 Easy Steps) employs an idiosyncratic form of verfabula (literary nonfiction) that tells the story of an old man who enters the New Shape Prize contest that called for the submission of ideas by anyone from around the world who had suggestions for a new world order to replace the old one that was not working very well when it came to protecting the human species and the rest of the planet from destruction and mass extinction due to human greed and pollution perpetrated on a global scale. The entry by the old man did not win first place but he decided to publish it anyway.
