In the search for information, the author made numerous trips to Ukraine, Russia and Germany. The book is the accumulation of the most comprehensive Goldate/Goldade ancestral linkage records. In addition to the ancestral information of family charts and linage, the book also contains a harrowing story of a displaced Goldade family fleeing from the carnage during World war II and their ultimate demise.
