The paper concluded that Apple Technology is a beneficial technology to the users because of its quality, and efficient features that offer the user health benefits as well as other personal life tracking benefits. However, for users who might not need all the features in the Watch, it is convenient to use other technologies such as Fitbit and the other basic fitness brands.
