landscape of Qatar, and serves as an accurate
resource for researchers in the fields of sociology or
anthropology, as well as for managers and leaders
in multinational institutions or human resource
departments across various sectors. This book may

and the other Arab Gulf countries. Following two and a
half years of hard work, the author presents a completed
academic research project entitled “Cultural Diversity
in Qatari Hospitals: Challenges and Opportunities from
the Employees’ Perspective,” which was submitted
as a dissertation in partial fulfillment of a doctoral
degree. From his research and work in culturally diverse
institutions for over twenty years and through his visits
to more than thirty countries around the world, this book
is a wonderful contribution to Arab and international
libraries, addressing the scarcity of books that deal with
cultural diversity.
