Agents Sam (Samantha) Mitchell and Byron Lowe have graduated from a US-based UFO disinformation bureau. They must assess whether the sightings and plans of an alien intelligence network in the Australian Outback are in humanity's best interests.

Hampered by mounting global pandemic, they meet an unlikely pair-retired airline pilot Sens and an activist indigenous woman Meg, who've been associated with several ET sightings. It is only when Sens' pet dog Marshall is reported to have accomplished seemingly impossible feats, that Sam and Byron find the key to direct contact with the aliens.
'Covert Messages' is the first volume of the 'Covert Trilogy', a series dealing with extra-terrestrial contact and conflict, in an era of mounting climate change and global pandemic.
