At sixteen, Elaine and Brad are "the" couple until life forces them apart. Even though every indication is that they belong together, destiny appears to have a different plan. After months of reading it, thinking, and agonizing, she decides she needs to act. It could be her one chance at spending eternity with her soul mate.
